About Us



Robert J. Karasch

      Mr. Karasch has many years experience in High Tech Engineering and Marketing. He has a BSEE from Purdue University and an MBA from Arizona State University. He has passed his Engineer In Training and Plans to take the Professional Engineer test for the State of Texas. He was a key engineer and marketer for the first commercial Codecs and Filters for the Telecommunications Industry, Cell Phone IC's, Digital Telephone IC's and introduced a complete family of chips which were the foundation of a division for Motorola. Mr. Karasch was a founder of Netsolve. In this company, he deployed and operated a nationwide Telecommunication Network designed to reliably, handle a company's private data traffic. Mr. Karasch owned and operated his own engineering and design company for several years that he eventually sold to Austin Manufacturing Services. This core generated a new business for AMS that he grew to a $20,000,000 company and Mr. Karasch positioned AMS to be a major player with Halliburton($250,000,000 Tam for Electronics).

      He produced highly successful fund-raising concerts for Mobile Loaves and Fishes(raised over $200,000), Habitat for Humanity (including their 20th anniversary celebration, which was televised and attended by the Mayor, Texas Senators and Representatives) and St. John Neumann Catholic Church's Cornerstone 10K race in Westlake,Texas. He produced the music for this event for the last 2004-2007. This event raises over $300,000 per year. He built the last tube microphone by Dave Royer, including the printed circuit board. He worked personally with Dave to resolve a technical issue they were having with the microphone. Bob is the owner of Wacara Recording Studios and Wacara Engineering Services. He is an expert in the design and manufacturing of Electronic Components, PC Boards and Electronic Systems. He is comfortable with all engineering tools including: Schematic Design, PCB Design, AutoCad, etc. He has designed and built circuit boards, Computers, Vocal Booths, Recording Studios, Rack Equipment, PA's etc. Mr. Karasch is an expert with Pro Tools and Final Cut Pro editing software. He has edited and recorded many professional DVD's and CD's.

      He is active in Lay Missionaries of Charity, Habitat for Humanities, Mobile Loaves and Fishes and Knights of Columbus. Mr. Karasch plays bass for "Just Play", our in-house Classic Rock band. Mr Karasch is one of the geeks in the Group and any equipment sold must meet his very high standards of peformance and quality.

Alan Lovejoy

Alan grew up with his freinds Janis Joplin,13th Floor Elevators,The Bubble Puppy running sound systems of every size.He toured with Willie Nelson, running sound,including Willie's Picnics.
